Wes Brockhoeft, Ph.D.

Principal

Since founding CFH Investment Partners in 2008, Dr. Brockhoeft has orchestrated the organization’s strategic vision. He currently heads the company’s Investment Committee.

Dr. Brockhoeft brings 35 years of management experience to the organization. He has owned, built and managed numerous enterprises in the healthcare, insurance and service industries. His largest business achieved annual revenues of $70 million, with the highest operating margins in its industry, employing more than 250 individuals across the country. In 2007, he sold his businesses to a publicly traded company in order to direct his attention full-time to investment opportunities.

Robert Wilson

Principal

Mr. Wilson is responsible for joint venture relationships and oversees the company’s accounting and investor reporting processes and compliance.

His background includes extensive finance and operations experience. Prior to joining CFH Investment Partners, Mr. Wilson was CFO at a specialty health insurance company based in Austin. In this role he was responsible for finance, accounting, tax, treasury and underwriting. He was instrumental in the execution of the company’s merger and acquisition strategy, and he oversaw significant operational departments, including information technology, claims payment and customer service. Mr. Wilson holds a BS in Management and an MBA in Finance from Mississippi State University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

Kit Riley

Principal

Mr. Riley is responsible for asset management and operations, acquisition due diligence, capital projects and general execution of the property business plans in order to maximize the investment potential of each specific asset.

His background includes significant experience in operations, finance and mortgage banking. Over the past two decades he has started, grown and exited several successful businesses. Additionally, he has served as a business consultant to the banking and finance industry and as a vice president for a major mortgage banking firm. Mr. Riley holds a BBA in Information Technology from Texas A&M University.
